What Youll Do:

Lead and implement AI projects across their full lifecycle from design and development to deployment.
Build fine-tune and optimize machine learning and LLM-based models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative AI solutions.
Develop scalable APIs and microservices using Python frameworks such as Fast API or Flask.
Integrate and manage AI workloads using AWS cloud services.
Participate in code reviews mentor junior engineers and uphold best practices in development.
Continuously explore new tools frameworks and methodologies in the rapidly evolving AI space.

Requirements

Were Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI and ML development.
Deep understanding of AI/ML model architectures training and evaluation techniques.
Proven experience with Python Git and AWS.
Strong knowledge of prompt engineering RAG pipelines and LLM optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
Strong client-facing communication skills able to conduct assessments and translate complex ideas clearly.
A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
