Job Summary
Were looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this crucial role youll be responsible for reviewing and moderating content to ensure a safe compliant and positive experience for our users specifically supporting Czech and English language content.
Job Location & Schedule
- Location: On-site in Sofia Bulgaria.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts 8 hours per day 5 days a week (with 2 rotating days off). The operational hours are 00:00 - 00:00 (Monday - Sunday).
Key Responsibilities
- Content Moderation: Review user-generated content (text images video) in both Czech and English to ensure compliance with community standards policies and legal requirements.
- Policy Application: Accurately apply complex content policies to different cases making consistent and objective decisions under strict deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all content review tasks.
- Data Reporting: Use internal tools to track document and report content violations and trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Trust and Safety teams and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe platform environment.
- Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with policy changes platform updates and emerging content trends.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent proficiency in Czech (C1/C2) (written and spoken).
- Strong working proficiency in English (B2) (written and spoken).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to identify nuances and specific details within large volumes of content.
- Resilience: Ability to work effectively in a high-volume target-driven environment and manage exposure to sensitive or graphic content.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using multiple software tools and navigating complex computer systems simultaneously.
Good to Have:
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a related field within the digital space is a plus but not mandatory.
