Job Summary
We are actively seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria as a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist. Your primary mission in this critical on-site role is to safeguard our user community by meticulously reviewing and moderating content specifically supporting materials in both the Czech and English languages.
The Core of the Role
As a specialist you will be on the front line of digital security. Your daily work will involve the content review of user-generated items including text images and video. You must accurately and consistently apply our complex content policies ensuring all materials adhere to community standards and legal requirements. This position requires someone with exceptional attention to detail who can operate under strict deadlines track content violations using internal tools and adapt quickly to policy updates.
Essential Skills and Schedule
To be successful candidates must be fluent in Czech (C1/C2) both written and spoken and possess a strong working proficiency in English (B2). While prior experience in content moderation or a related field is a welcome addition it is not a mandatory requirementwe value resilience and a commitment to digital safety above all.
The operational schedule is based on rotational shifts covering 8 hours per day within our 24-hour operation (00:00 - 00:00 Monday through Sunday). You will receive two scheduled rotational days off per week. The company will provide all necessary work equipment.
