Position: Client Relations Officer (Hebrew)

Remuneration: Base salary commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and assist clients upon arrival ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Support customers with financial or transactional processes as required.
- Provide guidance and information regarding the companys products and services.
- Negotiate and maintain favorable terms and agreements with clients.
- Develop and nurture strong long-term business relationships to promote client satisfaction and retention.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Hebrew both verbal in written. Good command in English
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or client service role.
- Bachelors degree in business finance or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Experience in sales account management or portfolio management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive client-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
