Role Overview
TheAccount Manager JI Solutions & Hardwarewill be responsible for driving revenue growth customer engagement and satisfaction by managing key client accounts and promoting integrated hardware software and networking solutions. The role involves overseeing the complete sales lifecycle from client acquisition and proposal development to negotiation order booking and delivery coordination while identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand business portfolios.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage key client portfolios ensuring engagement retention and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Drive business growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in hardware software and networking solutions.
- Collaborate with OEMs presales and delivery teams to develop and deliver customized client solutions.
- Lead negotiations prepare proposals and ensure timely order booking delivery and revenue realization.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer insights to refine strategies and improve product positioning.
- Maintain accurate client records pipelines and forecasts using CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies commercial terms and ethical standards in all dealings.
- Represent the company at industry events product launches and client meetings.
Skills
- Strong understanding of IT hardware (PCs laptops networking gear) and enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of public and private sector procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Urdu.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with a high sense of accountability and professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Computer Science; Masters degree (MBA or MS in Marketing Sales or IT) preferred.
- Experience:36 years of B2B account management or ICT sales experience preferably handling enterprise or government clients.
- Certifications:Sales communication or account management certifications will be an added advantage.
