Job Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRM Analyst in Automotive Industry to support our customer engagement and retention strategies. The CRM Analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer data monitoring CRM performance and providing insights that improve decision-making across marketing sales and customer service teams. This role requires strong analytical skills business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end bonus calculation process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collect and analyze market data
- Collect clean and analyze customer data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop reports dashboards and KPIs to monitor customer behavior campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights to improve customer acquisition engagement retention and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with marketing sales and customer success teams to design and evaluate targeted campaigns.
- Conduct customer segmentation and profiling to support personalized marketing initiatives.
- Work with CRM administrators and IT teams to improve data structure processes and integration.
- API project coordination: Support in gathering documenting and maintaining API requirements specifications and integration details.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Marketing Business Statistics IT or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM analytics business intelligence or data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel SQL or BI tools (Tableau Power BI etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in Automotive Industries is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- At least 3 years working experience 5 years working experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with customer segmentation and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practice.
