Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing maintenance and repair work to manufacturer standards

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately

• Use the latest diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems

• Maintain clear records and documentation in line with company procedures

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

• Work collaboratively with service advisors and colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes

What Were Looking For

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (essential)

• Previous experience in a main dealer or reputable independent workshop

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong technical and diagnostic skills

• A proactive quality-driven approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction
