Qualify inbound and outbound leads for KabuKs Japan travel concierge services.
Warm up prospects through personalized outreach (email CRM follow-up and light calls).
Support initial sales engagement; may handle closing calls for qualified leads.
Maintain CRM data accuracy (lead status notes and follow-up schedules).
Collaborate with the concierge and operations teams to ensure lead handoff quality.
Report weekly on lead generation metrics and conversion progress.
CRM: Candidate should be familiar with CRM systems (specific platform not confirmed but flexibility to learn required).

General Sales Stack: Expected to work efficiently with email calendars and data-tracking tools.
