Scope of work

Responsible for the activities of team members within practice(s) and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing standard work process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.

Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent in business management or other related area Required.
Bachelors degree or equivalent in business management or other related area Preferred.
Three (3) years of relevant healthcare medical practice or related work experience Required.
One (1) year of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience Required.
Experience utilizing an electronic health record system Preferred.
