Job Summary
At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Oracle lead to revenue at PwC you will focus on working with Oracles suite of applications and tools designed to manage the entire customer journey from lead generation to revenue realisation and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle lead management sales automation marketing automation and customer experience solutions to meet the specific needs of an organisation.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you are responsible for the implementation and enhancement of Oracle CX solutions focusing on areas such as CPQ Sales Cloud and Oracle Commerce Cloud. As a Manager you guide teams and oversee client accounts concentrating on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for achieving project success and maintaining exemplary standards while utilizing your knowledge in Oracle systems to discover opportunities for improvement and innovation.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Working experience with Oracle CX
- CPQ (Configure Price Quote)
- Sales & Marketing - Sales Cloud Eloqua CDP (Customer Data Platform) CDM (Customer Data Management) FIC (Fusion Incentive Compensation)
- Oracle Commerce Cloud
- Contracts Management
- Service Subscription and Logistics - B2B Service Field Service Intelligent Advisor Digital Customer Service
- Has at least 3-4 end to end implementation experience
- Has background in client management and taking part in sales activities
What Sets You Apart
- Understanding Oracle Channel Revenue Management
- Familiarity with Zuora Billing
- Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Knowledge of global compliance variations
- Proficiency in Lead-to-Revenue operational metrics
- Evaluating Lead-to-Revenue processes for improvements
- Experience with finance system implementation
- Understanding finance strategy and transformation
- Familiarity with shared services and outsourcing
