Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday Friday 9:00 AM6:00 PM PST ( includes 1-hour unpaid break)
  • Client Timezone: Pacific Time (California)

Responsibilities:

  • Contact internet leads from insurance carriers immediately upon receipt
  • Verify customer information including name phone number and email address
  • Conduct warm transfers to in-house sales agents for qualified prospects
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads who have requested auto insurance quotes
  • Qualify leads based on coverage needs and eligibility requirements for California market
  • Update CRM system with accurate notes and follow-up schedules
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining persistence
  • Conduct follow-up calls with existing customers for payment collections when lead volume is low
  • Perform basic administrative tasks including email management calendar coordination and data entry
  • Work with provided scripts or adapt communication style based on state regulations and company needs

Requirements:

  • Strong sales experience with proven track record
  • Should have proven experience selling Auto Insurance. At a minimum candidates must have experience selling any type of insurance (Auto Home Life or Commercial)
  • Appointment setting background with ability to secure committed prospects
  • Excellent phone presence and personable communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volume of calls and rejections while staying motivated
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining detailed records
  • Persistent and consistent approach without being pushy or annoying
  • Motivation to earn commission-based incentives and bonuses

Scopes:

  • California market focus only due to insurance licensing restrictions
  • Work exclusively with warm leads from customers who have requested auto insurance quotes
  • Operate within provided phone system with spam remediation capabilities
  • Report daily call metrics including number of calls made contacts reached and transfers completed
  • Maintain flexibility to handle other business tasks during low lead volume periods
  • Work directly with client management while receiving support from Bruntwork account management team
