What You Will Do:
- Provide onsite and deskside technical support to end users by installing configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems MS Office applications desktops laptops printers and mobile devices (iOS and Android) to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Deliver hands-and-feet support for network and datacenter equipment assisting with hardware installations replacements connectivity checks and coordination with remote support teams to maintain optimal network and server performance.
- Manage and maintain user accounts and IT assets including Active Directory administration (user creation mailbox setup and distribution lists) SCCM deployments image builds and support for remote access tools such as Bomgar WebEx and Windows native utilities.
Requirements
What You will need:
- Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in deskside onsite or local IT support.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Windows installation configuration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in desktop hardware networking printers and mobile device (iOS/Android) support.
- Experience providing hands-and-feet support for network and datacenter equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle VVIP users professionally.
