Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain equipment performance troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to technical upgrades. Shift Management:

Lead and manage shift operations ensuring smooth handovers and continuity.

Allocate tasks and supervise team members during the shift.

Maintain shift logs incident reports and production records.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Production Quality Safety) for operational alignment. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.

Conduct on-the-job training and skill development sessions.

Foster a culture of accountability safety and continuous improvement. Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory regulations.

Conduct safety audits and participate in risk assessments.

Report and investigate incidents or near misses.

Qualifications : Dip / . Mech

Experience : 5 8 years

Any other: Ready to travel and work in shift
