BIM Coordinator at Multidisciplinary Luxury Design Practice

Join an award-winning studio whose mixed-use masterplans and luxury hospitality projects enrich communities across five continents. As BIM Coordinator you will be the linchpin connecting architects interior designers and engineers through data-driven collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage BIM processes across RIBA Stages 0-7
- Develop and maintain federated Revit and Navisworks models up to LOD 400
- Run clash detection issue tracking and data validation to ISO 19650
- Lead internal training sessions and mentor junior modellers
- Participate in design reviews visualisation workshops and client presentations
- Drive continuous improvement through Dynamo scripts plug-ins and cloud workflows
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Architecture Engineering or related field
- Proven experience with BIM software preferably Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles and related design software.
- Excellent problem-solving organisational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
- Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360 Rhino-Inside and IFC standards
