Job Summary
As a Head of Finance & Controlling UK you will play a pivotal role in the finance team supporting operational and strategic financial management across the business. Youll work in a collaborative fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to influence key financial decisions and be supported by the regional head of controlling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
- Assisting with budgets forecasts and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Supporting cashflow management and providing recommendations to senior management.
- Preparation of year-end audit files and liaison with external auditors.
- Development of financial models and reporting tools to drive business performance.
- Supporting and mentoring finance team members.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Qualifications :
Key Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA CIMA)
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Proactive and able to manage competing priorities independently.
- Experience using SAP construction manufacturing or project-based finance is desirable but not essential.
This is a fast-growing company and the candidate needs to be willing to contribute across a range of issues both inside and outside of finance.
The successful candidate will have experience managing P&L& balance sheet and adhere to controls that ensure accurate monthly reporting of the financial statements.
