Site Account Manager

At FLS Sales Engineersare responsible fordriving the aftermarket sales of our mining product lines. This is an individual contributor role working within our Eastern Canada pod structure covering select mining accounts in Abitibi region in province of Quebec.

Your responsibilities

  • Arrange sales calls and meet with customers to sell our aftermarket parts/consumables rebuilds & modernizations and services portfolio.

  • Act as the primary customer contact building andmaintainingstrong relationships known for excellent customer service.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase marketshare;build value propositions and ROI to differentiate FLSmidth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and draft proposals.

  • Visit installation sites to consult with customers on equipment operations replacement requirements and pending scope of work.

  • Maintain comprehensive account plans for key accounts.

  • Manage expenseaccountsto keep costs in line with budgeted regionaltargetswhile adhering to defined budget guidelines.

  • Complete regular entries and updates in CRMapplicationsto include contacts appointments and opportunities.

What you bring

  • B.S. degree in Engineering Technologist degree in engineering or experience selling in mining sector.

  • Knowledge of industrial equipment and the ability to interpret technical drawings flowsheets manuals and parts lists.

  • Proactive nature with effective communication & presentation skills and strong problem-solving ability.

  • Eagerness to travel; 70% of time should be spent conducting visits to customer sites. Travel is primarily by company-provided car.

  • Ideally existing relationships with Vale&Glencorein Sudbury

  • Ideal residential location would be inSudbury On
