Job Summary

Immediate Full Time Opening November 2025Facilities ManagerGuilford Central SchoolGuilford Central School in Guilford Vermont has an opening for a Facilities Manager to maintain improve and protect our facilities. A qualified candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role at a facility including experiences with industrial cleaning equipment and appliances; basic landscaping and handyman skills; knowledge of and experience implementing critical safety procedures; maintenance of state-mandated paperwork and related administrative tasks; training of staff and task delegation; and coordination of building projects and contractor services. Attention to detail and the ability to work positively and cooperatively with children and adults from diverse backgrounds is a must. High school diploma or equivalent is is a full year position with 8 hours worked per day. Wage Grade 5 ($23.81 - $31.27 per hour depending upon experience).
