In this role you will:
- Plan lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects within scope budget and timeline.
- Develop and manage project charters schedules budgets and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely communication of project status risks and issues.
- Facilitate project meetings document decisions and track action items to completion.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid) based on project needs.
- Manage change requests and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories process flows and solution designs.
- Collaborate with developers QA and end-users to ensure requirements are met and solutions are effective.
- Conduct gap analyses root cause analyses and impact assessments.
- Support testing activities including test case development validation and user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and systems.
You should have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems (work experience may be exchanged for education on a year-by-year basis with a two year minimum).
- 7-10 years of combined experience in project management and business analysis roles.
- Proven track record delivering technology or process improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Confluence Trello or similar).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
