Job Summary
Were recruiting for a Finance Manager (15 month FTC) to join us. Were offering a competitive base salary.
Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career Were looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team within L&G Retail. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead key financial processes support strategic decision-making and develop talent in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
What youll be doing:
- Overseeing core finance operations and guiding the team through daily activities
- Evaluating and improving processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
- Managing timely and accurate reconciliations across internal and external submissions
- Supporting audit processes by organising and delivering key documentation
- Contributing to budgeting and forecasting with detailed financial analysis
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing data-driven insights
- Ensuring finance systems and processes support fair customer outcomes
- Leading motivating and developing team members in line with company values
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Holding a recognised accounting qualification (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent)
- Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicating clearly and confidently across all levels
- Desired: Understanding the Lifetime Mortgages market and its regulatory landscape
- Managing teams effectively and supporting professional development
- Working proactively and independently with sound judgement
- Adapting to change with a flexible and solutions-focused mindset
- Building trusted relationships and influencing decisions with credibility
