This privately owned Development and Construction Company has been successfully operating for over 30 years.

With a presence across the state diverse revenue stream and a model of building their own projects in as well as operating as a traditional principal building contractor.

They have an enviable brand that operates with sophisticated processes and systems whilst remaining nimble and outcome focussed.

The Role

Site Manager required to start in the new year. Our client is happy to commit to the right person now and has the enviable benefit of time on their side to ensure the right fit for all.

The role will form a key part of the delivery team for a 3-stage retirement living apartment project in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. The first stage is circa 60 apartments across 2 building with a build value of around $40m. There will be two other stages of similar size and scope to roll on to.

About You

As the Site Manager you will have extensive experience working on projects of a similar scope and size. You will demonstrate long tenure in your resume and be supported by excellent references.

Safety will be your number 1 priority and your ability to run a well programmed organised tidy site will be the lead indicator for your success with safety program and quality targets.

You will have experience leading high performing teams by developing a culture on site that is fine tuned for success. Your leadership traits will bring the best out of your team and subcontractors. Your program will allow for the highest level of productivity and will give your subcontractors the best opportunity for a safe and clean run at their tasks.

You will have had 5 years experience working as a Site Manager in a Tier2 environment on projects valued at $40m.
