People Support Agent (mfd)

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Provide first-line support for HR administration inquiries
• Assist employees with routine HR processes and requests
• Support Second Level HR colleagues with administrative tasks
• Ensure requests are acknowledged assigned and resolved within agreed timelines
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR data updates

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have (first) experience in HR administration or a similar field
• You have a good understanding of HR processes
• Tools Ideally you have basic knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday)
• Work Style Comfortable working in a matrix structure with colleagues across countries (e.g. Germany Spain etc.)
• Languages Very good English skills (mandatory) proficiency in either French Dutch or German would be a plus
