What Youll Do
- Drive new business: Build and execute prospecting and account plans to identify engage and close new commercial customers.
- Understand customer needs: Research target accounts uncover key business drivers and align Procores solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate for success: Partner closely with SDRs Solutions Engineers and Account Managers to deliver seamless customer-focused sales experiences.
- Manage pipeline effectively: Maintain accurate forecasts and activity data within ensuring visibility and predictability.
- Represent the brand: Deliver compelling product presentations and high-level software demonstrations that position Procore as the trusted construction platform of choice.
- Stay competitive: Maintain deep knowledge of the construction tech landscape and our competitors to effectively articulate our differentiation.
- Achieve and exceed targets: Consistently meet quarterly and annual sales goals through disciplined execution and collaboration.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven success in B2B software sales ideally within the commercial/mid-market segment.
- Experience with a consultative solution-oriented and/or challenger sales approach.
- Track record in full-cycle sales (from prospecting through to close).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills confident across phone video and in-person meetings.
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex buying processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce G Suite or equivalent tools.
- Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Norwegian Swedish or Danish).
- Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated collaborative and resilient thrives in a fast-paced growth-oriented
