What Youll Do
Review redline and negotiate customer contracts (MSAs SaaS service agreements).
Align contract terms with company policies and risk guidelines.
Partner with Sales Operations Finance and leadership across the U.S. and Canada.
Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel on complex terms or disputes.
Manage documentation compliance and process improvements.
Who You Are
Bachelors degree in Business Law or related field.
35 years of B2B contract management or negotiation experience.
Skilled at redlining and balancing legal and commercial needs.
Familiar with liability indemnity confidentiality IP and data protection.
Excellent communicator organized and proactive in a remote setting.
Bonus: experience with U.S. and Canadian contracts.
