This is a hands-on role within a lean high-performing global HR team. Youll play a key part in optimizing HR processes improving systems and ensuring compliance across the organization. The position offers exposure to global stakeholders and cross-functional teams making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating and improving HR workflows and systems integration (Oracle preferred).
- Supporting process mapping and documentation across HR functions.
- Pulling and analyzing reports KPIs and metrics to support decision-making.
- Partnering with HR IT and analytics teams to deliver accurate data and insights.
- Maintaining HR documentation (handbooks intranet SharePoint).
- Assisting in compliance and risk training preparation and delivery.
- Monitoring employment law changes and advising on implications.
- Supporting cross-functional projects including location strategy and admin optimization.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- 35 years of experience in HR operations ideally within financial services consulting or multinational firms.
- Strong understanding of HR KPIs compliance and governance.
- Experience with complex systems (Oracle preferred) and AI-enhanced tools.
- Excellent documentation and process mapping skills.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
- Professional presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
- A proactive flexible approach and ownership mindset.
