Under the guidance of the Crisis Supervisor you will offer encouragement and resources for youths and families with serious emotional disturbances and are facing challenges that you understand. Help provide them with stabilization and crisis support services. You will improve their recovery. Be part of our multi-disciplinary team. You will make a difference.
You will provide ongoing coaching. Show people how to use community resources. Assist them in increasing their support networks - relatives friends and significant others. Offer encouragement in times of crisis. Advocate for and protect their rights and assist clients in achieving goals through shared activities and interventions. Help reduce stigma. Partner with others involved in the clients recovery plan. You will matter.
Regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office our HRIS EHR and other online systems with multiple logins often simultaneously. Have the ability to obtain a Drivers License maintain auto insurance earn CPR/First Aid certification and be willing to submit to background check and fingerprinting.
