Work Structure: The Human Resources Manager / Generalist - LATAM will be based at our El Salto MXoffice in ahybrid capacity with a combination of onsite & remote workdays.
Position Overview: As Human Resources Manager / Generalist - LATAM Region you will empower INNIOs growth by partnering with leaders and employees to deliver impactful HR solutions. Youll drive employee engagement development and operational excellence for our dynamic teams of 100 professionals in Mexico Brazil Peru and beyond. The Human Resources Manager / Generalist - LATAM will facilitate cross-country and cross-regional collaboration supporting managers and leading various HR projects throughout the region. The main business functions supported are sales and service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide employee relations engagement and performance development from onboardingand throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Lead recruitmentand onboarding for salesand service functions.
- Coach managersand employeeson HR topics policies and compliance.
- Collaborate withglobal HR and Talent Development teams to implementbusiness-drivenHR strategies.
- Support cross-country assignmentsand facilitate collaboration across the region.
- Ensure compliance with local labor lawsand organizational standards.
- Analyze HR data to recommend actionable improvements.
- Conduct HR trainingsand support functional processes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or relateddiscipline.
- 5 years Human Resourcesexperience ideally inglobal-matrixed multinational environments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus.
- Strong PC skills (MS Office) HRIS experience (Workday; Jobvite a plus).
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and collective agreements.
