Job Summary
Were now looking for a Drilling & WellsCoordinator to join our Stavanger office. This is a key in-house role working closely with ourManager Drilling & Wells. Youll act as the Managersright hand supporting day-to-day operations strategic follow-up and coordination across the department. Here youll have the opportunity to make a real impact shaping how we develop our people deliver our services and grow sustainably as a team.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the Manager D&W in planning coordination and strategic initiatives.
- Follow up and support our engineers especially those between assignments through engagement training and inclusion.
- Help drive technical excellence through improved systems documentation and competence development.
- Contribute to recruitment tenders and service delivery quality.
- Foster collaboration between D&W and internal teams like Recruitment Finance and Administration.
Qualifications
- Amasters degree in engineering(or equivalent experience).
- Solid experience within the drilling wells or related energy industry enough to understand client expectations technical requirements and commercial dynamics and to contribute confidently to the development of others.
- Excellent communication coordination and relationship-building skills.
