Your New Role...
We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital & Editorial Coordinator to join our team. This role combines journalism editorial oversight and social media strategy with a strong focus on engaging the Norwegian market. You will work closely with the manager to support planning reporting and content innovation across our digital platforms.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Serve as journalist and editor for our Norwegian website (.no) and social media channels

• Support the manager in overseeing planning and editorial workflow for the desk team

• Contribute to the development and innovation of social media strategies tailored to the Norwegian market

• Act as a reporter for local productions producing high-quality content for digital platforms

• Take creative ownership of social media content ensuring it aligns with editorial standards and engages the audience effectively

Qualifications & Experience...

• Strong experience in journalism editorial work and social media management

• Excellent writing editing and storytelling skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and support planning processes

• Innovative mindset with a focus on audience engagement

• Familiarity with the Norwegian media landscape is a plus
