Job Summary
HR COORDINATOR
kta Naval Systems is a joint venture between Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace TKMS and ATLAS ELEKTRONIK. We deliver complete combat systems for submarines and shape the future with our ORCCA product family.
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our international team and play a key role in supporting our people and processes!
Your Role
As our HR Coordinator you will be the backbone of our HR operations ensuring smooth processes and excellent employee experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle from contracts and data management to onboarding and offboarding
- Assisting with recruitment: posting ads scheduling interviews and candidate communication
- Maintaining HR systems and preparing reports
- Collaborating on payroll and HR projects including training and engagement activities
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers to ensure compliance with labor laws internal policies and company standards
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is organized proactive and passionate about HR. Ideally you have:
- A degree or training in HR or Business Administration
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and basic labor law (experience in a similar role is preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (German/Norwegian is a plus)
- A team-oriented mindset and ability to work in an international environment
