As a manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients while reporting to Senior Managers and above.

Technical Skills

GRC Security

• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities
• Should Know Pre-Installation and Post Installation steps Syncs Connectors Rule Building and MSMP Workflows in GRC.
• SPRO configurations for Access control.
• Knowledge on MSMP workflow Association with BRF Application.
• Configured the Decision Table and Function in BRF.
• Designed workflow in MSMP and maintained the Stages and Paths.
• Understanding of the Ruleset and Mitigation Controls
• Analyze and Configure GRC 10.0 Global Rulesets.
• Maintaining Rule Set Function ID Risk ID with Risk Owners and generating rules.
• Experience and Good Knowledge on SOX Compliance & Audit Activities
• Perform SOD Analysis for Roles and Users at Action / Permission level including simulation functionality until the system is clean.
• Create Mitigation control and assign the necessary Approvers / Owners

• Maintenance of SOD and sensitive access rules set on IAG (Risk Analysis)

• Regular review of users access by the role owners (UAR)

Technical Upgrades for SAP

• Release notes look at notes and go through full list on excel export to see what needs to be changed in the system
• Be able to review and update any security changesWorked on SAP BW Authorization Objects (SRSCOMP SRSCOMP1 and SRSAUTH ) to restrict the user to view /change / delete information
• Experience in defining HANA security and restricting access to HANA Modeling/DB objects through various privileges and custom roles.

Delivery lead experience:

• Constantly looking to identify impediments early actively working to resolve those impediments and escalate when needed.
• Management and tracking of cross team/squad dependencies.
• Hands-on experience working on reporting and preparing presentations as part of WSR & MSR.
• Management and tracking of all high-integrity commitments.
• Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets commitments and progress.
• Works to minimize meetings and ceremonies but when they are needed they are well-run and efficient.
