We are searching for a talented Ultrasound Technologist
*$8000 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)*
Hours: 24 flex 32hrs
Shift: Day/Evening shift; position will be part of department rotation to provide weekend holiday and on call coverage
Location: St. Lukes Hospital - New Bedford MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Technology and attainment of primary certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers the Cardiovascular Credentialing International or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Sonography is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
- Registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
- ARDMS required with RVT preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
