Community Living Inc. is looking for a hands-on detail-oriented Director of Maintenance to join our leadership team! This position plays a key role in keeping our agencys facilities and vehicles safe function and well-maintained so that our staff can continue providing support to the participants we serve.
Full Time: 40 Hrs/week
Various locations around St. Charles CountyWhat Youll Do
Oversee and perform property and vehicle maintenance (carpentry HVAC plumbing painting etc.)
Manage the Maintenance Technician and direct subcontractors on larger projects
Coordinate lawn care snow removal and long-term maintenance planning
Handle vehicle fleet management including accident investigations and insurance coordination
Maintain records using our maintenance software and participate in safety committees
What Were Looking For
High school diploma required (Associates or HVAC/technical certification preferred)
5 years of experience in property management or facility maintenance
Strong leadership organization and communication skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on maintenance work
