Job Summary

Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: ASVH-Flagstaff 2100 N. Gemini Rd. Flagstaff AZ
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM No weekends No overtime

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist and help patients regain independence through compassionate evidence-based care. Youll evaluate plan and implement therapy programs collaborate with PT Speech and Nursing teams and support OT Assistants.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Occupational Therapy
Active Arizona OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in rehab or long-term care preferred (entry-level welcome)

Required:
Resume Cover Letter Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR/BLS License Vaccine Status TB Test and Hep B documentation.
