Material Management
1. Material ordering basis consumption Trend & New plans
2. Supplier / OEM coordination
3. Material distribution & Redistribution
4. Material Consumption booking to SAP / Project / Customer - Order
5. Inventory ageing checks and control
6. Recovered material testing and Repair / Refurbishment
7. Reuse of Recovered repaired / refurbished inventory
Asset Retrieval and Reuse
1. Existing inventory mapping on Churn SR & Network sites
2. Coordination for Retrieval from Customer premise NOC Circle Agency
3. Submission to warehouse
Project management
1. Project execution to approvals & Schedule
  - Coordination with SCM / OEM / NOC / Field / Engg. / Operations / Customer success team
  - Tracking with all stakeholders for delivery / RFS to project plan
2. Post Launch analysis on Schedule Qty and Cost KPIs
Estate management
1. Non IP Sites
  - Owner agreement / renewals
  - Property tax renewals select states
2. Obtaining ROW / SD & BG refund - Railway Municipal Local agencies
3. National -Central contracts management
  - Builders Gov. agency DIPA COAI build associations
  - Support in escalated cases PROW / Hotels/ Hospitals
4. ITES certification
