Job Summary

Position:Certified Vet Assistant

Status: Full-time

Description:

This position is responsible for administering medical treatments and vaccinations prepping animals for surgery assisting veterinarians in surgery and preparing and cleaning surgery instruments. Implement and maintain superior animal health standards in accordance with Animal Protective Association of Missouri policies and procedures.Requirements include a 2-year degree in veterinary technology or a minimum of 2 years experience as a veterinary assistant. This position starts at $18/hour commensurate with experience.
