- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (PTP and RTR) modules.
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement within the Oracle ERP Cloud (Procure to Pay and Record to Report).
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Executing and managing the Oracle ERP implementation lifecycle including configuration customization testing and deployment along with knowledge and familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology is preferred for this role.
- Developing and delivering training and support materials for end-users.
- Conducting data analysis and generating actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding the status of product enhancements and defect resolution initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of product management processes and procedures.
- Providing training and support to end-users.
Our desired candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Information Systems Finance or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Oracle ERP with functional hands-on experience in Oracle Procure to Pay and Oracle Record to Report experience in any other modules is a plus.
- Flexible adaptable and resilient with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Highly customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve complex business problems and handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate product and technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Be flexible and available to work on work shifts that align with the work hours of the user base supported by the service.
- Experience in Oracle sql Power BI/Tableau and creating process flows/LucidChart.
