Essential attributes for this role include:

Strong problem-solving skills

Understanding business process analysis and data analysis; ability to articulate and present in these areas and draw meaningful business conclusions
Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (PTP and RTR) modules.

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement within the Oracle ERP Cloud (Procure to Pay and Record to Report).
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Executing and managing the Oracle ERP implementation lifecycle including configuration customization testing and deployment along with knowledge and familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology is preferred for this role.
Developing and delivering training and support materials for end-users.
Conducting data analysis and generating actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding the status of product enhancements and defect resolution initiatives.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of product management processes and procedures.
Providing training and support to end-users.

Our desired candidate will have:

Bachelors degree in Business Management Information Systems Finance or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience in Oracle ERP with functional hands-on experience in Oracle Procure to Pay and Oracle Record to Report experience in any other modules is a plus.
Flexible adaptable and resilient with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Highly customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve complex business problems and handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate product and technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Be flexible and available to work on work shifts that align with the work hours of the user base supported by the service.
Experience in Oracle sql Power BI/Tableau and creating process flows/LucidChart.
