Overview and Key Functions

We are looking for an Order and Contract Management Analyst; the ideal candidate will have experience in sales order cycle management.

The Order and Contract Management Analystposition based in Bogotá Colombia is responsible for providing timely and adequate service to internal and external customers to ensure that all requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

1. Respond to customer requests. Receive validate and process customer purchase orders appropriately.

2. Handle process and respond to customer complaints.

3. Ensure compliance with processes internal policies and DOA.

4. Monitor and manage the backlog.

5. Track the purchase order through the different stages and manage it until delivery to the customer.

6. Participate in projects focused on process efficiency.

Who Were Looking For

Technologist or professional in business administration business industrial engineering or related fields.

At least 2 years of experience in related positions.

Intermediate Excel skills and preferably knowledge of SAP.

Highly detail-oriented service-minded and assertive communicator.

Buscamos un Analista de gestión de órdenes y contratos el candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en la gestión del ciclo de orden de venta.

El puesto de Analista de gestión de órdenes y contratos con sede en Bogotá Colombia es responsable de brindar una atención oportuna y adecuada a clientes internos y externos con el fin de garantizar todos los requerimientos solicitados.

Principales responsabilidades

Brindar atención a los requerimientos del cliente. Recibir validar y procesar de manera adecuada las órdenes de compra de los clientes. Atender tramitar y dar respuesta a los reclamos de los clientes. Asegurar cumplimiento de procesos políticas internas y DOA. Monitorear y gestionar el Backlog. Realizar seguimiento a la orden compra en las diferentes etapas y dar gestión a la misma hasta la entrega al cliente. Participar de proyectos enfocados en la eficiencia de los procesos.

A quién estamos buscando

• Tecnólogo o profesional en administración de empresas negocios ingeniería industrial o a fines.
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en puestos relacionados
• Manejo de Excel intermedio y preferiblemente conocimientos en SAP
• Alta orientación al detalle actitud de servicio y comunicación asertiva
