Position Summary

The Sr. Accounting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the monthly close process perform a review of accounts and complex balance sheet reconciliations.

You will be expected but not limited to comply with the following tasks and responsibilities for this position:
Monthly Reconciliation
Expense Accrual register and analysis
Preparing and posting monthly GL journal entries
Fixed assets and lease registers
Support in the Annual External Audit Process Financial Statements
Preparing balance sheet account reconciliations and adjusting entries in Blackline
Ensures that company financial records under responsibility are maintained in compliance with company policies and GAAP (IFRS/USGAAP)
Assist with special projects and reporting as assigned
GBS support.

Experience required
This role requires a professional with solid experience in sectors such as retail companies auditing firms the pharmaceutical sector among others.
Bachelors degree in accounting with 2 to 4 years of experience
English Level B1
Proficiency in Excel
ERP SAP

Skills
Self-starter results oriented ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment and highly motivated
Strong analytical organization and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced deadline-oriented environment and prioritize effectively
Ability to work effectively on cross functional activities and form solid business relationships across functions.
