YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the development of our activities in the Naval & Shipbuilding sector in Saudi Arabia we are looking for a Planning & Logistics Engineer (M/F).

Reporting to the Project Technical Manager your main responsibilities will include:

Define and implement the build strategy and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for naval projects
Support planning and coordination of shipbuilding processes from production to outfittingManage and improve warehouse and logistics operations to ensure just-in-time supply and efficient flow of materials
Monitor and update Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) self-inspections and quality plans
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 ISO 3834 ISO 45001 standards and classification society rules
Collaborate with production QA/QC logistics and safety teams
Apply and promote Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) measures within operations
Use standard tools like MS Excel Word and planning software to support reporting and coordination

YOUR PROFILE & PERSONALITY

Degree in Naval Architecture or Technical Naval Engineering
At least 4 years of experience in naval shipbuilding projects (planning logistics or production-related roles)
Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes quality systems and logistics management
Familiarity with classification society regulations (e.g. DNV BV Lloyds Register)
Good knowledge of technical documentation and reporting standards
English level B2 minimum (advanced level preferred)

Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Proactive collaborative and detail-oriented mindset

Ability to work under pressure and with multidisciplinary teams
