Spa Director Luxury Lodge Ceres Western Cape
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Director to join a luxury lodge in Ceres Western Cape. This live-in role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the spa team oversee operations and deliver exceptional wellness experiences to guests in a high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all spa operations ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
Lead train and motivate spa staff to maintain high levels of professionalism and performance
Develop and implement spa treatment menus promotions and wellness programmes
Manage inventory supplies and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operational efficiency
Monitor financial performance including budgeting cost control and revenue generation
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards across the spa
Maintain a strong presence on the floor supporting staff and engaging with guests
Collaborate with lodge management to enhance the overall guest experience and brand reputation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Spa Director or in a senior spa management role within luxury hospitality
Strong leadership organisational and interpersonal skills
Commercially minded with experience in budgeting and revenue management
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professional standards
Willingness to live and work in a remote lodge environment
Package:
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
