Job Summary
Are you a strategic and results-driven leader with a proven track record of delivering high-value projects within demanding timelines We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment driving operational excellence leading high-performing teams and ensuring complex projects are executed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate project delivery and improve operational efficiency
- Set clear goals and align resources to meet tight deadlines and business objectives
- Manage facilities and key operational assets
- Lead project management and technical teams to execute large-scale high-value projects quickly and effectively
- Oversee tender processes and ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor project budgets track forecast vs actual and identify improvement opportunities
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure scope clarity and timely progress updates
- Maintain compliance with SHEQ standards while meeting aggressive timelines
- 810 years senior experience in a large-scale mechanical contracting environment
- Proven success in delivering high-value projects within short timelines
- Strong commercial experience in tenders and contract negotiations
- Excellent leadership negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple fast-moving projects
- Exceptional communication skills at an executive level
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally
- Degree/BTech in Mechanical engineering
- Professional Registration is advantageous
- Valid unendorsed drivers license
