Job Summary
Events Coordinator Luxury Wine Estate Stellenbosch
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an organised and creative Events Coordinator to join a prestigious luxury wine estate based in Stellenbosch. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional to plan and execute high-end functions ensuring every detail reflects the estates reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan coordinate and manage events from conception through to completion
Liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements ensuring all expectations are met or exceeded
Work closely with culinary service and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Prepare event proposals timelines and budgets ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets
Manage event logistics including staffing décor equipment and set-up arrangements
Oversee on-the-day coordination ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to support event success
Uphold brand standards and ensure every event reflects the estates luxury positioning
Requirements:
Qualification in Events Management Hospitality or a related field preferred
Proven experience in event planning and coordination within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment
Excellent organisational communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative flair with a passion for delivering memorable experiences
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays as required
Package:
Salary: R20000 R30000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
Full-time live-out position
