Job Description:
- Premier Account Manager Customer Page Optimization
About the Role:
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Premier Account Manager to manage and maintain customer facing product pages across digital platforms.
- This role ensures product listings are accurate consistent and aligned with brand standards while also supporting customer inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and improve online experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support respond to queries receive and/or share information explain train coordinate and negotiate with and/or direct customers sales and other cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary focal point for managing and coordinating with both the internal and cross-functional organizations communications and information dissemination to the Team.
- Form direct relationships with internal sales teams and where appropriate external customers / partners while working with internal cross-functional groups.
- Support of Customer relationship management with Sales account teams including participation on account team calls customer conference calls and to provide guidance by Support to customer calls and inquiries related to product listings and page content.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders help to create a close working team to engage and meet Customer requirements
- Improve purchase experience & online quality by proactively partnering with cross functional Teams
- Applies experience and judgment to make decisions or resolve issues within defined options or standard protocols.
- Identify and resolve listing errors ensuring compliance with platform and brand guidelines.
- Implement enhanced content and branding elements to improve user engagement & monitor customer pages for performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1 3 years of experience in product catalog or digital content management.
- 100% Onsite work 5 days a week (No Remote)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and content management systems.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale product data & resolve issues quickly and effectively ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining a high standard of service.
- Essential to have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive self-driven and motivated with key focus on target achievement whilst ensuring team success
- Attention to detail is essential with good administrative skills multi-tasking capabilities and good at prioritizing workload
- Stake holder management & engagement skills & real-time problem-solving skill
- Basic knowledge of the clients system families and core computer components.
Preferences:
- E-Mail & Telephone etiquette skills and ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution.
- Working experience in Sales and/or Marketing domain
- Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
- Must be able to multitask and manage effectively in a stressful working environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and geographies
- Ability to build trust and credibility with sales teams and leadership
Mandatory Skills
- 1 3 years in international BPO
- Order Management background
- Support experience in Sales and/or Marketing domains
- Familiarity with STS Order and Content Management Systems
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Multi-tasking stakeholder engagement and real-time problem-solving
