Job Description: Ground Staff Executive Airport Operations
Location: Chennai Airport
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of airport operations remotely to ensure smooth functioning and coordination among various departments.
- Serve as a liaison between passengers and airport management addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with airport staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedural protocols.
- Lead train and mentor junior staff members in remote operation techniques to maintain high levels of productivity and service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the operational efficiency of airport services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in airport operations management or related field with an emphasis on remote operations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism especially in a virtual environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address emergencies or operational challenges remotely.
- Proficiency in remote communication platforms and technology to facilitate smooth coordination with on-site teams.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to the teams objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor airport operations through various digital tools and software to identify areas requiring improvement or immediate attention.
- Provide exceptional customer service support to passengers by resolving queries and offering information about airport facilities and services swiftly.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments such as security maintenance and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyse and report on operational performance to senior management to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations and standards in airport operations to maintain a high level of compliance.
