Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Production Planning and execution
-Develop and execute daily weekly and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels.
-Ensure optimal use of equipment materials and workforce to meet production targets.
- Operations Management
-Supervise production line activities including assembly packaging and testing.
-Monitor and control manufacturing processes to maintain high yields reduce scrap and ensure throughput targets are met.
-Monitor the constraint equipment utilization and make actions to improve.
- Quality and Compliance-
-Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 etc.).
-Work closely with Quality and Engineering departments to address process deviations non-conformance and corrective actions.
-Support internal and external audits.
- Team Leadership and development
-Lead and manage a team of production supervisors line leaders and operators.
-Conduct regular training to improve skills safety awareness and operational discipline.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Process Improvement
-Drive Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and 5S initiatives.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process optimization.
-Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance metrics (yield OEE cycle time etc.)
- Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
- Ensure all production activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
-Promote and enforce safe working conditions and practices on the production floor.
Education & Experience
- Graduate of any Engineering course with semiconductor or electronics field background.
- At least (10) years production operations experience with managerial responsibility. Should have capability to interface with different levels of the organization.
