- Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns (social media content marketing SEO PPC email marketing events etc.).
- Design go-to-market strategies for new diagnostic products including pricing positioning and promotional plans.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to generate qualified leads and support sales conversion.
- Plan and execute brand visibility activities (medical fairs webinars industry events hospital activations etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROI lead generation engagement) and report insights to leadership.
- Drive customer engagement and retention through loyalty programs product education and CRM initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and deliver on ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals institutions and strategic partners.
- HND or Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field; a Masters degree or professional certification (CIM Digital Marketing Growth Marketing) is an advantage.
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit is required.
- 5 years proven experience in marketing growth or product management within the healthcare or diagnostics/medical equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing growth hacking strategies and digital channels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics CRM tools social media ads and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Creative innovative and highly driven to deliver measurable business results.
