Ready to take the lead in a manufacturing Controller role in a well-established employee-owned manufacturing company thats been shaping innovation for nearly a century

What Youll Do

Lead the general accounting function including cost accounting cash management forecasting and financial reporting.
Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with US GAAP to safeguard company assets.
Drive budgeting and financial analysis across departments helping management make sound data-driven decisions.
Manage monthly and year-end close processes audits and government reporting.
Partner closely with operations and cost accounting to ensure accurate inventory and cost reporting.
Supervise and mentor a small accounting team (GL AP and Cost Accountant).
Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred).
5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience including 3 in a management capacity.
Solid understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and ERP systems (experience with Plex EPICOR or other integrated platforms a plus).
Manufacturing experience. Aerospace experience is preferred but not required.
Confident communicator and hands-on leader able to motivate teams and collaborate cross-functionally.

$120000 - $140000 a year
