Job Type: Full-Time Location: On-site
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to support the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical skills experience in facility maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of systems. Leadership experience is a plus with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using diagrams schematics and diagnostic tools.
Complete welding repairs basic fabrication and residential-level painting.
Monitor and troubleshoot automated systems using PLCs.
Record all maintenance activities in CMMS software.
Assist with or oversee contractors and maintenance projects.
Support general facility repairs including plumbing HVAC carpentry and basic repairs.
Respond quickly and professionally to internal maintenance requests.
Follow all company safety standards and participate in safety training.

Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and insurable driving record.
High School Diploma or GED.
18 years old.
Maintenance experience in industrial or facility environments.
Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLCs welding and diagnostic tools like ohmmeters.
Familiarity with CMMS software.
Strong communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
