Position Summary and Purpose:To support field sales and marketing with impactful presentations and demonstrations of software to prospects as well as support customers via software installation training and after-sales support.

Essential Functions

Customer-Facing Activities

Delivercustomized software demonstrationsof CI software products for prospects.
Conductsoftware training sessionsfor customers (on-site or remote).
Travel to customer sites to providehands-on application trainingdomestically and internationally.

Sales & Marketing Support

Collaborate with the sales team to fulfillapplication requestsin a timely manner.
Prepare and deliverimpactful product presentationstailored to customer applications.
Create and supportcontent development(videos photos demos) for sales and marketing use.
ShareVoice of Customer (VOC)feedback with product management to guide future improvements.

Software & Technical Support

Build and maintainlaser postsfor nesting software.
Build and maintainpress brake postsfor forming software.
Provide application assistance forprogramming bending and CAD software.
Support development of accuratemachine configurationswithin CI nesting and forming software.

Internal Collaboration & Product Feedback

Work closely with product marketing and training teams to highlightfeatures and benefitsof CI software.
Collect and communicatecompetitive intelligenceand industry insights.
Participate incustomer validation testingof new or updated software and equipment.

General Responsibilities

Maintain ahigh level of product and industry knowledgeto establish credibility with customers.
Manage scheduling and coordination ofdemos and application reviewswith field sales.
Document all application support activities for future reference and continuous improvement.

Work Experience

Required Experience: 3 to 5 years

3 years hands-on experience with fabrication software including programming bending and CAD software packages.
Strong customer orientation.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to take ownership of a project and lead by example.
Proficient in project management systems.
Experience with press brakes and/or lasers preferred

Education

Associate degree in a technical field preferred
