At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) were shaping what ABA therapy should be: compassionate ethical family-centered and clinician-supported. Were seeking a Hybrid BCBA to join our Colonial Heights VA clinic combining remote flexibility with predictable onsite collaboration.
This role requires onsite visits once per month for 23 days to work directly with clients caregivers and your clinical team.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and treatment models Ability to develop and update individualized treatment plans Proficiency in supervising and mentoring RBTs and Behavior Technicians Competency in functional behavior assessment and behavior reduction programming Skilled in data analysis to inform clinical decision making Effective written and verbal communication with caregivers and clinical team members Ability to coach families on behavioral strategies and generalization procedures Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to maintain accurate timely documentation Proficiency with clinical data collection platforms (e.g. Catalyst CentralReach Rethink or similar ABA software) Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while still contributing collaboratively Commitment to BACB ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards
Required Education:
Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education Education or a closely related human services field (required)Completion of all coursework requirements outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) for BCBA eligibility (required)
